Amelia & Co was born from a long-held ambition of mine to create an estate agency business with a fresh vision and style. One that is rooted in being personal, authentic and full of integrity - with a strong appreciation for design details. A genuine alternative to the stereotype of a suit meeting sales targets.

Brighton and Hove is where I spent much of my childhood, and my family have lived here for decades. I recently moved back here after a long stint in London, with my husband and young daughter, settling into a new home in Poets Corner.

After working for two well-regarded local estate agents and gaining valuable insight into the property industry, I decided to launch my own. Before joining the world of estate agency I spent a decade in the charity sector specialising in marketing, fundraising and strategy.

Amelia & Co is the culmination of many years of determination and passion to launch my own business with a design-conscious approach to the property market in a place I feel strongly connected to.

I believe that being a small business is a strength. Smaller means a much more personal, friendly, and individually tailored experience for you.
